Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer with the following expertise:

  • Strong Back End development experience in Java, Node.js, Spring Boot or similar enterprise technologies.
  • Hands-on experience building REST APIs, microservices and integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and event-driven or distributed architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing and production support.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots or contact centre platforms such as Genesys is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience working in Agile teams, collaborating with product, architecture and QA teams, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
