Adecco is currently seeking a CRM Specialist - Salesforce to join a well-established, sports events company in Montréal. This full-time role ($65,000-$85,000/year) offers the chance to manage and optimize Salesforce, lead data-driven marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer engagement and support business growth. Responsibilities:

Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud; maintain detailed customer profiles for personalized campaigns

Create and optimize automated customer journeys (onboarding, retention, abandoned cart, re‑engagement, post‑purchase)

Develop strategies to capture and leverage customer data throughout the lifecycle

Write and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and segment customer data for marketing and business insights

Use Salesforce reporting tools to measure campaign performance; provide insights to achieve KPIs (sales, engagement, loyalty)

Work closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and other teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals

Ensure compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA, CASL) and maintain high data quality standards

Be available for events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Perform related tasks as required to support CRM and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Proactive, solution‑oriented, detail‑focused, and collaborative

Bilingual: English and French**

University degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Intelligence, IT, or related field

2-4 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and Sales Cloud

Experienced in email marketing, campaign management, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing

Skilled in SQL and data analysis; experience generating actionable insights

Familiarity with data warehouse tools and Tableau (asset)

Strong understanding of Canadian privacy regulations (PIPEDA, CASL)

Flexible and adaptable schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**This position requires regular contact with partners located outside Quebec; therefore, fluency in English is required.
