Whatyou'lldo:

  • Design,develop,andimplementJava-basedapplicationswithafocusonscalabilityandperformance.
  • Writewell-structured,efficient,andmaintainablecode.
  • Debugandtroubleshootissuesinexistingapplications,applyingfixesandimprovements.
  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams(Product,QA,DevOps,etc.)torefinesystemrequirementsanddeliversolutions.
  • Participateincodereviewsandmaintainahighstandardofqualityandbestpractices.
  • Createandmaintaintechnicaldocumentationforapplicationsandprocesses.
  • Stayup-to-datewiththelatestJavatechnologies,frameworks,andbestpractices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,SoftwareEngineering,orarelatedfield(orequivalentpracticalexperience).
  • SolidproficiencyinJavaandrelatedtechnologies(e.g.,JavaSE/EE).
  • ExperiencewithframeworkssuchasSpringandSpringBoot.
  • BasicunderstandingofdatabasesandSQL(e.g.,MySQL,PostgreSQL).
  • Familiaritywithversioncontroltools,particularlyGit.
  • ExperiencewithRESTfulAPIsandwebservices.
  • UnderstandingofAgiledevelopmentmethodologies.
  • KnowledgeofDevOpsprinciplesandCI/CDpipelines.

Theidealcandidatewillalsohave:

CardIssuingExperience:Exposuretocardissuingsystems,paymentprocessing,orAPIsrelatedtotransactionandcardmanagementwouldbeasignificantadvantage.

Nicetohave-FamiliaritywithSofaStackandOceanbase.
