Требования:

• At least two years of professional experience in software development
• Ability to champion TDD/BDD/XP software development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas
• High-quality, value-focused work and comfort navigating ambiguity and complex problems
• Strong expertise in the craft and willingness to keep learning
• Clear communication and ability to build trust with clients and teammates
• Pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused approach
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow
• Value low-ego collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork
• Nice to have: Java, SpringBoot, AWS, MySQL.
