Lead Java 17/21 and enterprise integration delivery at ML arteka, guiding distributed developers across APIs, orchestration, and event-driven systems.

This experienced Technical Lead manages day-to-day delivery for an integration workstream. You will translate Solution Architect designs into implementations using Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, and modern Java practices. The work includes direct people management and alignment with enterprise engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery for the integration development pod
  • Allocate tasks, balance workloads, mentor developers, and provide feedback
  • Translate architecture designs into tasks and coding standards
  • Implement backend APIs and orchestration services
  • Lead Kafka event publishing, consumption, and system synchronization

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of backend development experience
  • 4+ years leading and managing developers technically
  • Hands-on Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x experience
  • Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and OAuth2/OIDC
  • Experience leading distributed teams through complete delivery cycles
