Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka . The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions for Banking and Wealth Management platforms.

The role requires strong hands-on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies, along with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, system design, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Angular .
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices .
• Build and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka .
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using Angular .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA teams, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Translate Banking and Wealth Management business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in system design, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Perform application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Support application deployment, production releases, and production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE .
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework .
• Good experience in Angular and frontend application development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture .
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of full-stack application development.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC ).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Experience working with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with system design, performance optimization, and production support.

Domain Expertise

• Prior experience working with Banking and/or Wealth Management platforms .
• Understanding of financial services business processes and technology environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
