In this role you will contribute to the Core Prime Brokerage platform, shaping high‑impact trading and client operations systems. You’ll work with a global team to deliver and maintain components, improve CI/CD, and implement automated tests. You’ll translate business needs into robust software while partnering with analysts and operations to ensure reliability and scalability. - Own and deliver components within the Core Prime Brokerage platform (Java/Kotlin)
- Contribute to agile development and CI/CD practices
- Implement and maintain automated testing solutions
- Participate in design, planning and estimation discussions
- Analyze work, break it into technical tasks
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements
- Create and maintain project and technical documentation
- Identify risks and communicate them to team lead
- Support production by collaborating with operations; participate in on-call rotations
- Contribute to code reviews and peer reviews; mentor junior analysts and grads
- Enhance software to improve reliability, performance and scalability
- Collaborate with a global team on deliveries
- Provide post‑mortem reviews and root-cause analysis
- Proven App Dev experience
- Java & Test‑Driven Development essential
- Experience with additional technologies listed as advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
