Java Risk Systems Programmer Analyst

Build Java and PL/SQL solutions for Société Générale’s Risk Information System team, supporting risk applications and production services within GBTO Canada.

As a Programmer Analyst, you will enhance RIS applications, participate in risk portfolio projects, and provide L2-L3 production support. Your work spans Spring Boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Maven, and Agile delivery. You will also contribute to Azure migration, database performance tuning, and Python risk model transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain RIS platform applications
• Participate in risk portfolio projects and requests
• Provide L2-L3 production support
• Develop Java and PL/SQL solutions
• Tune database and application performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Spring Boot
• Ability to code, test, document, and support applications
• Knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure architecture
• English communication skills for United States collaboration
