Java Software Engineer

We are searching for a skilled programmer with a deep understanding of Java to design and develop performant and scalable applications.

Responsibilities

  • Define application requirements.
  • Participate throughout the whole development lifecycle.
  • Write efficient and testable code and troubleshoot the application.
  • Identify areas of improvement and make suggestions to improve performance.
  • Write and update documentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and glitches and come up with ways to fix these issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance of code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ Years of working on the development of Java applications
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with test-driven development and object-oriented programming
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiar with SQL, J2EE, Microservices, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Comfortable using Spark, Storm, Hadoop, Angular 2/4/5, Spring Boot.
