In this Lead role you will guide an Agile team to design and deliver a scalable Java-based enterprise platform. You contribute to architecture decisions, ensure high-quality, maintainable code, and mentor developers to raise technical excellence. You will optimize performance, collaborate across product, QA, and DevOps, and resolve production issues to keep the system reliable. Responsibilities
  • Lead the team
  • Design and develop scalable Java applications
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code
  • Participate in architecture and technical decisions
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Optimize application performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Key requirements
  • Team lead experience 3+ years
  • 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+)
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito)
  • Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams
