Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java/JSP/Struts Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, JSP, Struts Framework, and enterprise web application development . The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading development teams, driving application enhancements, supporting legacy modernization initiatives, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Java, JSP, and Struts
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Drive application enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide development team members
• Collaborate with business users, architects, QA, and production support teams
• Manage production support activities and critical issue resolution
• Prepare technical design documents, estimates, and implementation plans
• Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and quality standards

Required Skills
