JC-4491; Business Product/Service Analyst

Do you have experience of providing end to end business product and service analysis expertise, on an end-to-end product or service transformation/delivery?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation, in defining and implementing products and services across their full business and organisational context, including value, performance, adoption and outcomes.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• strong business transformation analysis experience across products or services
• an end-to-end perspective beyond technical product backlogs and roadmaps
• understanding of how people, processes and operating models affect service performance
• experience assessing business needs, service effectiveness and organisational outcomes

Key Services:

The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

• understand the end to end journey of a service (including digital technology and full operational effectiveness)
• analyse existing products and services across business processes, people and operating models
• assess product or service performance, adoption and business outcomes
• document business requirements and priorities across the end-to-end service
• engage relevant teams to validate findings and agree practical next steps

Mandatory Requirements:

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

• experience in business analysis across products or services
• understanding of end-to-end product or service ownership
• experience analysing transformational business processes and organisational impacts
• ability to work beyond technology-focused product management

Optional Requirements:

It will also be advantageous if you have:

• experience within the healthcare industry
• experience within public sector organisations

Working Pattern:

Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in Waterloo, Central London
