Jira Applications Lead

In this role you lead the lifecycle and deployment of Atlassian tools, with a focus on Jira Cloud, within Elekta’s R&D Engineering Tools stream. You will align tool governance, deployments, and integrations with cross-functional teams to enable safer, more efficient software development. You help scale Jira Cloud adoption and ensure ongoing support while collaborating with PMO, IT Services, and external vendors. • Manage design, deployments, performance, and support of Atlassian applications with Jira Cloud focus
• Lead evaluation, configuration, and deployment of app enhancements and integrations
• Support internal software roll-out and user adoption across business functions
• Collaborate with PMO and IT Services to harmonise delivery, incident, and access management
• Coordinate with external vendors for tooling and support
• Maintain governance documentation for the SDLC and Roles & Permissions model
• Prepare license and maintenance documentation
• Initiate/apply assessments (security, validation, architecture, procurement, data privacy) as needed

• Atlassian products knowledge with emphasis on Jira Cloud administration in medium/large deployments
• Experience with agile/lean approaches and governance for Jira
• Vendor management experience
• IT operations and budget management experience (bonus)
• Bachelor in Information Technology or similar area
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
