Jira & ITSM Specialist – Hybrid UK Contract

Project Global Limited seeks a Jira Specialist to configure, administer, and optimize Jira/JSM, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools for a client in Kent, UK. The role is hybrid with remote work across the UK and Kent office attendance 1–2 days/week.

The contractor will implement, maintain, and govern enterprise service management workflows, dashboards, and integrations, aligning with ITIL practices and business goals. 6+ month contract, day rate competitive.
