Responsibilities:
Lead transformation and change management initiatives focused on Capital Markets to address regulatory, audit, risk and control issues.
Collaborate with Global Markets stakeholders, including trading desks, finance, operations, technology, and risk management, to build strong relationships.
Manage multiple stakeholders to derive business requirements and assist Technology in translating them into technical requirements.
Oversee internal and external dependencies across initiatives, working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams.
Identify challenges and proactively resolve or elevate risks and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner.
Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts for various forums and committees.
Adopt a joined-up approach to support the execution of programs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience with delivering IMA specific components (ES, NMRF, RFET, PLAT, etc.).
Strong Market Risk experience and familiarity with HVaR model management.
Experience with FRTB and/or other material front office driven regulatory initiatives.
Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows.
Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions.
Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; articulate and persuasive with senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance.
Ability to drive change by working effectively across a global organization.
Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory related projects/programs.
Bachelor’s/University degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree preferred.
Project Management certifications e.g., PMP or equivalent are a strong plus.
Experience with JIRA and Agile tech framework.
