Junior Analytics Engineer

In this role you help build and maintain the data foundations that power Gousto's decisions. You join a collaborative Analytics team and learn from senior engineers while working with modern data tools in a cloud environment. You’ll translate business questions into reliable data models and dashboards, with growing exposure to semantic layers, AI-driven querying, and scalable analytics practices. • Learn data understanding with support from senior engineers
• Assist stakeholders to translate questions into data-driven solutions
• Support development and maintenance of data ingestion pipelines
• Contribute to building and maintaining data models and dashboards
• Assist with dbt workflows, Git, GitHub and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and accessibility
• Utilise semantic modelling to enable self-service through agents and LLMs

• Some experience with SQL and data analysis
• Interest in SQL, Python, dbt, Databricks and cloud platforms
