In this role, you will provide technical and functional support for business applications while diagnosing and resolving issues. You’ll participate in change and release processes, and contribute to design reviews for new projects. You will install, configure, and monitor applications to ensure reliable performance. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and functional support to business users for all applications
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document and implement solutions
  • Participate in change management processes
  • Provide design input for new projects including reuse and deployment models
  • Review implementation and deployment designs
  • Manage releases
  • Install and configure applications
  • Perform configuration management
  • Ensure application servers run within acceptable parameters using monitoring tools
Key requirements
  • Degree in STEM subject, ideally computing-based
  • Some commercial experience
  • SQL
  • Ideally exposure to application support
