Junior Azure Engineer

In this role you will design and implement multi-cloud architectures to support development teams, following Computacenter's methodologies for reliable, scalable platforms. You will collaborate with delivery teams and accounts, acting as a junior SME on cloud engineering to identify risks and drive technical delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment that values continuous learning and modern DevOps practices. This is a hands-on position with scope to influence cloud strategy and operational excellence.

• Engineer multi-cloud architectures across public and private environments to deliver robust, automated solutions
• Build to best practices and company methodologies to ensure performance and operational excellence
• Act as a Junior SME on Cloud Engineering within delivery teams, communicating risks clearly in client meetings

• Team-based experience in Cloud or DevOps environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and provisioning frameworks like ARM or Terraform
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps tooling (automation, orchestration, testing) with awareness of Jenkins or GitLab, Jira/Confluence, and HashiCorp Vault
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and business audiences
• Broader cloud exposure and native deployment tools; certifications in GitLab, Terraform, or Vault are desirable
• Current certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, or Terraform Associate are desirable
