Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of business and digital change projects within a collaborative technology team. You work with stakeholders and technical squads to understand needs, map processes, and translate ideas into practical technology solutions. You will assist with workshops, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and help improve ways of working. This is an opportunity to grow as a business analyst while contributing to agile delivery and process optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Understand business needs and capture requirements with stakeholders
  • Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation
  • Support requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders and users
  • Build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Review processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support prioritisation and Agile delivery
  • Collaborate with Developers, Testers and other Business Analysts
  • Assist with software testing, test scenarios, and defect reporting
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve analysis and documentation
Key requirements
  • Genuine interest in Business Analysis, technology and process improvement
  • Knowledge of business systems and how they support processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Confidence presenting information and facilitating workshops
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving approach
  • Attention to detail and organisation
  • Understanding of requirements gathering and the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Interest in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with User Stories, process mapping, software testing, defect tracking or Agile delivery (advantageous)
  • Full driving licence and car (advantageous for travel)
