Overview

In this role you will contribute to building .NET applications for Front Office and Risk within a well-known prop trading environment. You’ll collaborate closely with Traders, Quants and DB developers to improve and integrate systems, including a greenfield trading platform. You are empowered to shape the codebase and architecture across the full development lifecycle, with direct production feedback. The role blends fast-paced fintech challenges with a culture that values learning, balance, and hands-on technical growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop .NET applications for Front Office and Risk
  • Liaise with Traders, Quants and DB developers to improve existing apps
  • Create technical design recommendations for development and integration
  • Fix bugs and handle ad-hoc requests
  • Work on greenfield trading platform and API development
  • Operate in an Agile environment and own parts of the lifecycle
  • Profile performance, multithreading and optimization to meet trading demands
  • Collaborate with end users and other departments to deliver value
Key requirements
  • Degree
  • C# / .NET experience
  • Desktop or Enterprise App exposure (ideally)
  • Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
  • Understanding of WPF or interest in it
  • Knowledge of at least one version control system
  • Ability to work in an agile team
