JobDescription: Designsanddevelopsallaspectsofelectricalcontrolsystems,equipmentandmachinery.Willberesponsibletoassistinthedevelopment,installationandtechnicalsupportofPLCbasedhardwareandsoftware.

PrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities:

  • DesignanddraftelectricalandpneumaticschematicsusingAutoCADandSolidWorksElectrical.
  • Developcontrolpanellayoutsandwiringdiagrams.
  • Collaboratewithmechanicalandsoftwareengineerstoensureseamlessintegrationofcontrolsystems.
  • Supportassemblyandtestingteamsduringthebuildphasebyprovidingtroubleshootingexpertiseanddesignclarifications.
  • Reviewandupdatedesigndocumentationtoreflectas-builtconditions.
  • Ensurecompliancewithrelevantsafetystandardsandindustryregulations.
  • Robotcommissioningandsetup(Fanuc)
  • RobotProgrammingandpointtouchups(Fanuc)
  • VisionSystems(Keyence,Cognex)
  • UltrasonicsweldingusingRobotics

Requirements(PreviousExposureto):

  • AutoCADandSolidWorksElectrical.
  • Basicunderstandingofelectricalandpneumaticschematicdesign.
  • Troubleshootinganddebugcontrolpanels,bothduringthebuildprocessandpost-installation.
  • Familiaritywithindustrycodesandstandards(e.g.,CSA,UL,NEC).
  • Detail-orientedwithstrongorganizationalanddocumentationskills.
  • Effectivecommunicationandcollaborationskillsforcross-functionalteamenvironments.

Education:

RecentlycompletedElectricalTechnologyDiplomaorBachelor'sDegreeinEngineeringorsimilar.
