Junior Cyber Security Analyst

As a Junior Cyber Security Analyst at IAG Loyalty, you will help safeguard customer, partner, and technology services while gaining cross-functional security exposure. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to daily security tasks and projects, translating findings into actionable steps. You’ll help drive security improvements and transformation efforts, gaining breadth across information security. This role supports a fast-paced, end-to-end security function within the Loyalty division.

• Support security monitoring, investigations, vulnerability management and control activities; assess issues, gather evidence and define practical next steps
• Collaborate with security colleagues and the wider business; maintain clear records, track actions to completion and escalate concerns
• Contribute to security improvements and transformation initiatives while building knowledge and skills

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in cyber security or a related environment
• Curious, willing-to-learn mindset with interest in developing cyber security knowledge
• Some practical understanding of common cyber security threats and investigation practices
• Organised approach with ability to handle information, evidence and records accurately
• Confident to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues across teams
