Junior Data Analyst Crewing

Support Fleetway’s River Class Destroyer crewing model through data preparation and Microsoft Excel analysis. Build reliable assets alongside experienced analysts and subject matter experts.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will collect, organize, validate, and analyze data for reporting and business decisions. You will develop foundational skills in data management, reporting, automation, and process improvement. Your work supports accessible, traceable information across Fleetway and a long-term shipbuilding program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean data from multiple sources
• Prepare structured datasets with accurate documentation
• Perform validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation
• Execute workflows using Excel and Power Query
• Generate summaries, tables, charts, and reporting outputs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
• Minimum two years of data-related experience
• Microsoft Excel experience for organization and analysis
• Strong attention to detail with large datasets
• Power Query, Power BI, or SQL exposure considered an asset
