Overview
In this role you support delivering data analytics solutions for insurance clients, working across the full lifecycle of data projects. You collaborate with analysts, developers and client teams to turn data into actionable insights. The position combines hands-on data prep, reporting and visualization with ongoing product and service enhancements in a collaborative, hybrid environment in Liverpool. You’ll gain exposure to new tools and emerging technologies while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

- Support delivery of data analytics solutions across a varied project portfolio
- Prepare, validate and organise datasets; create reports and visualisations
- Uncover insights to support client and business decision-making
- Contribute to development and continuous improvement of data-driven products and services
- Assist with testing, deployment, performance measurement and ongoing enhancement
- Evaluate new ideas and opportunities where data, analytics and technology can add value
- Considerable mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely
- Organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with data, technology and problem-solving activities
- Desirable: Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
- Desirable: AI literate with an interest in emerging technologies
- Desirable: Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Desirable: Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Desirable: Understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
- Desirable: Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence principles
