Junior Desktop Engineer – ICT & Service Desk

Harlow Council is seeking a Junior Desktop Engineer to join the ICT team. You will be responsible for logging, diagnosing and resolving service desk tickets at first contact, with the goal of delivering timely, professional support across multiple locations in the town.
