Junior Desktop Support Analyst - Remote & On-Site

Squarepoint Capital is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Analyst to support a global user community in a Windows environment with virtual desktops. You will interact onsite and remotely to resolve hardware, software, and access issues, while maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases.

The role requires experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote access solutions, along with excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
