Junior Developer

As a Junior Developer within the Technology & Delivery team, you will support and enhance internal applications and help deliver reliable tech solutions. You will work closely with more experienced developers to grow your technical skills on platforms like OutSystems, Power Automate and Copilot. You’ll contribute to feature development, investigate and fix bugs, and assist stakeholders with smooth, customer-focused service. This role offers hands-on learning in a global healthcare context with meaningful impact on internal users and business systems.

• Develop and enhance applications under guidance of senior developers
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve bugs; support ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in meetings, stand-ups and code reviews
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to internal users
• Maintain clear technical documentation of changes, fixes and activities
