Overview

As a Junior Developer at Cobalt, you’ll gain practical exposure to AI and modern software development while supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Technology Lead, receiving mentoring and access to production systems from day one. You will build AI agents, automate workflows and develop internal tools to improve business processes. This role combines hands-on coding with data and integrations, offering meaningful impact on operations and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and orchestrate AI agents to automate business processes.
  • Develop APIs, backend services and internal tools using Python and Node.js.
  • Create automation workflows using Make, Zapier, n8n and LLM-powered tools.
  • Integrate third-party platforms, APIs and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Work with SQL and operational data to support automation and reporting.
Key requirements
  • Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript / Node.js.
  • Interest in AI agents, LLMs and automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and JSON.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
  • Ability to solve problems, learn and take ownership of your work.
