Junior Full Stack AI Developer

Build AI-enabled mobile web applications with Python and FastAPI in a hybrid Junior Full Stack Software Developer role in Edmonton, Alberta.

This junior position augments a higher education development team building shop operations, approvals, and trades project management software. You will create responsive interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data components. The work includes LLM integration, AWS Bedrock, enterprise asset management systems, and field service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive front end interfaces and backend services
• Build mobile-first work orders and labour entry workflows
• Implement enterprise integrations and LLM-driven application features
• Review code, write tests, and resolve defects
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Three or more years of software development experience
• Undergraduate Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Strong FastAPI, Python, JavaScript, and React experience
• LLM integration and AWS Bedrock experience
• REST APIs, SOAP/XML, SQL Server, and relational modelling experience
