Junior IAM Backup Analyst

Support IAM and backup solutions as a Junior IAM & Backup Analyst, using Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and ManageEngine. Build practical technical experience.

This junior analyst supports implementation, configuration, migration, and maintenance within a telecommunications environment. The work includes identity management, backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and data recovery activities. You will collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and migrate identity and security solutions
• Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures
• Manage user access, permissions, and identity security processes
• Support technical issue resolution with IT teams
• Document procedures and track incidents

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma, or coursework in Computer Science or IT
• One to five years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of infrastructure and identity management
• Knowledge of backup solutions and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
