Junior Implementation Consultant

In this role you will define and deliver technical solutions within complex projects for a world-leading investment data platform. You will manage client interactions, contribute to data conversion and verification, and help deploy multi-platform databases and reporting solutions. You’ll develop proposals, define project scope with business teams, and provide client training and support. This position offers rapid responsibility, training across fund data, and exposure to large-scale implementations.

• Define and deliver technical solutions for complex business projects
• Serve as point of contact for project deliverables and liaise with external clients
• Collaborate across business and technical teams at various levels
• Develop business cases or proposals and present them
• Define project scope and confirm business requirements with business partners
• Provide training and client support
• Analyse and create custom reports using Crystal Reports
• Create VB scripts for data importing
• Create and maintain technical specification documents
• Assist in troubleshooting client issues
• Complete data verification for client implementations

• 2:1 degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
• SQL
• Crystal Reports (ideally, but not required)
• Some experience with coding or scripting (VB, Java, C#, etc.)
• Excel
• Ability to liaise with clients
