Junior Java Software Developer

Build Java services and content pipelines remotely with Agility PR Solutions. Work with Kafka, REST APIs, and web integrations supporting online media content.

As a Junior Software Developer, you will help create systems that collect, process, and deliver web content. You will work with product owners and developers on distributed systems, search indexing, and AI-driven product capabilities. The work includes backend engineering and content acquisition using Java, TypeScript, Nest.js, and Solr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop code through an Agile development process
• Build features and enhance existing products
• Maintain scrapers and integrations using TypeScript and Nest.js
• Design RESTful services primarily in Java
• Develop Kafka services for content processing

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on Java development and REST API experience
