Junior M365 Technical Specialist

In this role you will support a cloud-first, UK sovereign M365/Azure environment operating under zero-trust principles. You’ll work with a small, collaborative team to administer and maintain M365, Azure, Cloud PCs, Entra ID and Intune, while helping with user support, security, and service improvements. You’ll gain hands-on experience across modern cloud platforms and security-focused administration, contributing to critical business operations. This is an opportunity to specialise in Microsoft 365 and Azure within a dedicated Digital Workplace team.

• Assist in administering and supporting enterprise-level M365 workloads (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, databases)
• Troubleshoot M365 connectivity and mobility issues
• Support Power Platform apps and solutions (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Pages)
• Educate end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools
• Collaborate with senior IT specialists to implement security policies, data protection, and access controls
• Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 processes and procedures

• Strong understanding of M365 applications and services
• Experience with cloud computing concepts as they apply to Microsoft 365
• Experience providing technical and end-user IT support
• Experience administering M365 collaboration services and Azure infrastructure
• Interest in using Power Platform for process automation and apps
