Overview

In this role you will join a growing tech team to design, build and maintain high-performance, real-time software systems using C# and .NET. You will work with experienced developers through the full software lifecycle to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. You will write clean, well-tested code and contribute to feature development, debugging, and production support. This is a great entry-point to develop expertise in performance-focused architectures within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance and maintain applications using C# and .NET
  • Contribute to high-performance real-time systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
  • Collaborate with senior developers to resolve issues
  • Develop new features based on requirements
  • Work with databases and SQL
  • Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
  • Collaborate with developers, testers and other technical teams
  • Learn and apply best practices around software development, performance and reliability
Key requirements
  • Strong educational background with at least a 2:1 in STEM subject
  • Commercial experience developing with C#
  • Good understanding of .NET / .NET Core
  • Strong object-oriented programming and software development principles
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in developing high-quality software
