Overview
In this role you design and shape business solutions for public sector projects, working with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate analysis into actionable architectures. You will operate with autonomy, identify issues, and drive collaboration across technical and non-technical partners. You’ll help develop and communicate design patterns, aiming for reusable components and value for the client. This position offers exposure to a range of projects in a fast-growing, client-focused environment with opportunities to lead and innovate.

- Build and manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across audiences
- Translate structured analyses into solution designs and describe architecture patterns
- Identify root issues and promote reuse of components across projects
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build consensus
- Operate with autonomy, making decisions to manage issues escalated by clients
- Lead the development of a technical team and guide delivery efforts
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in applying solutions for client benefit
- 2-4 years of Software Engineering experience
- Experience in design & implementation of end-to-end data and application architectures
- Experience in conceptual, logical and physical modelling
- Experience in design & implementation of complex, large-scale distributed systems
- Experience in analyzing and implementing solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems, system security, cloud and database management
