Junior SRE

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will contribute to production ML/HPC infrastructure at scale, working with experienced engineers and researchers. You’ll gradually own components and learn how large systems are designed and operated, delivering production‑quality code that supports research and trading workloads. The role emphasizes mentorship, autonomy, and hands‑on ownership as you tackle data pipelines, workflows, and performance challenges. • Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for ML training and inference
• Develop and improve workflow orchestration and infrastructure components (scheduling, resource allocation, data movement, filesystems)
• Analyze and improve performance and scalability of systems and critical code paths
• Improve reliability, observability, and usability of ML or HPC platforms
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to translate requirements into robust solutions
• Contribute to production‑grade ML and HPC infrastructure at scale
• Receive strong mentorship and progressively take ownership of meaningful systems

• Bachelor in Computer Science
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, operating systems, or distributed systems
• Experience with Python, C++, or Rust
• Familiarity with writing, testing, and maintaining production‑quality code
• Ability to reason about technical problems and communicate with teammates
• Interest in infrastructure, performance, and large‑scale systems
• Exposure to ML workflows, data engineering, or ML platforms
• Experience working in Linux
• Intro knowledge of distributed systems, HPC, or cloud platforms for CPU/GPU workloads
• Experience with profiling, benchmarking, or performance analysis
