Junior Systems Adminsitrator – quant trading

In this role you will support staff with technology, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain office hardware and software to enable smooth daily operations. You will work within the End User Computing team at a leading global quant trading firm that values collaboration and cutting-edge tech. You’ll tackle issues across Windows/Linux desktops, servers, AV systems, and enterprise apps, while coordinating with vendors. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused environment offering hands-on learning and exposure to complex computing systems.

• Provide comprehensive staff tech support
• Assist with onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
• Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software across offices
• Support audio-visual systems, printing services, and facilities management
• Troubleshoot enterprise applications with users
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on new systems
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation

• Demonstrated interest and capability in technology, ideally with some programming experience
• New graduates or up to three years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in scripting and coding (PowerShell a plus)
• Strong customer support, communication, empathy, patience, and active listening
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Academic qualifications at degree level in STEM or computer science
