In this role you will support mission-critical infrastructure that underpins a leading fintech trading platform. You will join a dedicated Support team working with Sales and Engineering to resolve server and network issues, automate deployments, and maintain globally distributed data centre infrastructure. Responsibilities
  • Respond to infrastructure and network inquiries from clients
  • Support customers with server issues and network connectivity
  • Document support policies and procedures
  • Analyze server failures and implement preventive solutions
  • Automate server deployment
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain globally distributed datacentre infrastructure
Key requirements
  • STEM Degree
  • 1+ years’ experience supporting mission critical infrastructure
  • Red Hat Linux Certification or equivalent
  • comfortable on the command line
  • Hardware experience including setup and maintenance
  • Some networking experience
  • Ideally CCNA
  • Virtualisation (VMware/Virtualisation)
