Junior Systems Testing QA Specialist

Apply systems testing, automation, and quality assurance skills as a Junior Systems Testing QA Specialist supporting complex IT solutions. Work across GUI and non-GUI environments.

This junior specialist advises on testing strategies, develops test plans, scripts, cases, and test data, and executes testing activities. The work includes functional, regression, integration, unit, load, performance, and user acceptance testing. You will collaborate with testing and IT leads, project teams, developers, business teams, and clients throughout delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, test scripts, cases, and test data
• Execute manual and automated functional and regression testing
• Perform systems integration, specialized, and user acceptance testing
• Define automation testing requirements across multiple solutions
• Triage defects and produce detailed summary reports

Requirements:

• One or more years developing test cases
• One or more years performing automation testing and test scripting
• Experience with DevOps, HP ALM, and defect management
• Knowledge of Ontario Design Standards and AODA testing
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
