Junior Systems Testing QA Specialist

Apply systems testing, QA, and data reconciliation skills in a hybrid contract requiring three office days and two remote days weekly.

This junior specialist supports testing for large, complex, business-critical systems with Senior team members. The work covers test planning, test cases, expected results, and data reconciliation. You will contribute across GUI and non-GUI environments while coordinating with QA leads, IT leads, and project teams throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute testing activities and detailed test cases
• Assist with test plans and expected results
• Conduct data analysis, cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation
• Support accessibility testing aligned with AODA standards
• Coordinate QA tasks across competing priorities

Requirements:

• Two to five years executing testing-related activities
• Proficiency with Jira, Bugzilla, or Microfocus Product Suite
• Familiarity with web-based three-tier software platforms
• Effective cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
