  • 3-4 years or more experience working as an analyst associate in the technology sector.
  • P. Eng. or M.B.A degree would be an asset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support the technology analytical team.
  • Prepare company profiles of potential acquisition targets, collect data from key acquisition stakeholders and management.
  • Ability to establish and evaluate profit plans.
  • Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
  • Explore future investment opportunities.
