Junior Test Automation Engineer

In this role you will support the Technology Engineering team in CIO to define and maintain robust automated tests ensuring high-quality, defect-free software delivery. You’ll work within Scrum teams, participate in ceremonies, and help ensure items meet readiness and completion criteria. You’ll review requirements to guide the team toward reliable outcomes and contribute to our digital presence and customer engagement goals. • Define, implement, execute, maintain and traceability of test scenarios for production-ready delivery
• Collaborate in Scrum teams across disciplines
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to KPI improvements
• Ensure items meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
• Review and challenge requirements to achieve best outcomes for the team
• Contribute to quality and risk mitigation through automated testing practices
