Position-KDB+ Developer

Location: London, UK (Hybrid-3 days a week from office)

Long term position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise KDB+/q queries and applications.
  • Work with real-time and historical market data.
  • Perform data modelling, query optimisation, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support applications.
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and business teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong KDB+ and q programming.
  • Knowledge of time-series databases and large datasets.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
  • Understanding of financial markets and market data.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Git is beneficial
