Know Your Client Compliance Analyst

Analyze Know Your Client documentation at BDC while supporting financing teams through a hybrid work model with onsite availability required.

As a KYC Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support for loan applications at BDC, Canada’s bank dedicated exclusively to entrepreneurs. You will review client files, interpret financial information, identify compliance concerns, and coordinate complete submissions. The work supports Canadian entrepreneurs and requires careful collaboration with Business Development Leads, Underwriters, clients, and internal partners. BDC emphasizes inclusion, equity, and diversity in its workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead KYC documentation collection, review, analysis, and validation
• Identify missing information across customer financing files
• Escalate compliance concerns to Business Development Leads
• Follow up with clients for required documentation
• Submit accurate KYC files under established standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Availability onsite at least three days weekly
