Job Description

Job Title: IT/Desktop Support Administrator

Location: Remote

Contract : 3 months (possible extension)

JD/ Skills:

Advance Technical Support & troubleshooting

Maintain Azure AD, Microsoft SQL Cluster, Veeam Backup, LAN/WLAN, Proxies, and Firewalls.

Provide support for virtualization, clustering, backup solutions, and network infrastructure as needed.

Desktop support: 3 years (preferred),

Intune, SharePoint , O365/Teams admin console, SCCM, Service now, Azure-AD, VMware , Hyper-V

Licence/Certification:

ITIL Certification (preferred)
