Labour Relations Data & Policy Analyst

Dexterra is seeking a Labour Relations Analyst to support our Labour Relations team across Canada and the United States. You will help maintain systems and records, support collective bargaining activities, reporting, audits and policy implementation.

In this role you’ll coordinate data, prepare dashboards and materials, track contract milestones and assist with policy rollouts, ensuring programs run efficiently and compliantly.
