Laravel Symfony PHP Engineer

Use Laravel or Symfony to engineer PHP web applications in Montreal, combining server-side development, APIs, and database performance work. This full-time position requires local applicants or relocation.

Yeah! Global is seeking a Full-Stack PHP Engineer with at least four years of proven development experience. The work spans application architecture, database integrity, testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, while a master’s degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement PHP server-side logic and database structures
• Design and maintain MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code
• Gather requirements and ensure successful implementation
• Document developed features and applications

Requirements:

• Four or more years of Full-Stack PHP development experience
• Proficiency in Laravel or Symfony frameworks
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development skills
• Knowledge of Git, RESTful APIs, and web services
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail abilities
