Lead Repair Station TechnicianHourly Pay Range: $37.00 - $56.00/hour Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance4/10 Work Schedule (Four 10-Hour Days)Job Summary In addition to performing the functions and responsibilities of the specific 145 Repair Station Technician job description at an exceptional level; the Lead Technician will act as a subject matter expert for their maintenance discipline, accepting additional responsibilities as listed below and provide training and mentoring to shop personnel. They will be in charge of leading their individual teams.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Perform all core duties of applicable technician requirements at an exceptional levelCoordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needsOversee and organize specific shop personnel resources and workflow to meet project deadlinesProvide communications to Engineering Department for specialized shop needsProvide training on 145 maintenance processes and specialized shop equipmentReport Maintenance Leads and Supervisors on project constraints and progress updatesMentor new employees in understanding shop procedures to increase their efficiency and productivityGive feedback to Supervisor on employee performanceResponsible for monitoring, controlling and ordering of material usage in the designated shop.Other duties as assignedAdditional Job Requirements Regular scheduled attendance Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling:
