As Lead AI Developer, you will guide developers creating agentic experiences across OpenText’s Information Management portfolio. You will shape platform direction, translate business needs into AI solutions, and support delivery through strong engineering practices. The work emphasizes RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor developers building AI-powered applications
  • Architect applications using LangChain and LangGraph
  • Design scalable backend services and platform capabilities
  • Optimize RAG pipelines using enterprise data sources
  • Partner with stakeholders on technical solutions and delivery

Requirements:

  • Seven-plus years of software development experience
  • At least two years in technical leadership
  • Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
  • Hands-on LangChain and LangGraph experience
  • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows
