Lead AI Compute Engine Architect (High-Perf Silicon)

Fractile is building silicon, systems and software to redefine AI compute, delivering faster models at lower cost. As Processor Architect, you will define and drive architecture across compute engines, ISA, memory hierarchies, and on-chip interconnects, partnering with design, verification and physical teams to translate intent into real silicon.

You will lead architectural exploration, specify execution units and flows, and develop performance models to guide decisions.
